How does my product work?
Our product manual describes how to install, configure and use our products.
The manual is delivered with our products and installed in My Documents\Aerosimics\<product name>, but can also be found here.
When do I receive my license key?
Your license key will be made available within 24 hours in your account. You will receive an email notification when the license is available.
I have lost my license key, how do I get a replacement?
The license key remains available in your account. You can download it again.
What is the return policy?
License keys are generated specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Our license system works completely offline to comply with the requirements of our government clients. We cannot disable a license remotely. Therefore, license keys cannot be returned or refunded.
I have a problem not mentioned in the manual, what do I do next?
We are happy to help you. Please send an email to support@aerosimics.com stating your issue and include your name and account email address. If you have a log file highlighting the problem, please attach it to the email. We will contact you as soon as possible.
